APC Event Reimbursement Form

Please complete this survey prior to or during the event for providing details of items to be reimbursed. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the organising team to process the reimbursement.

Notes: This form will require mandatory banking information, please keep the information handy.

Please write to logistics@apc.org for any questions regarding filling the form or reach out to our on-site support persons during the event for follow- up questions. The names and contact details of support persons is being provided in the logistics advisory.
